If you are logged in, there should be a link to your profile on the left side of the screen. There you can edit your name or email by clicking the edit link next to it, and you can change your password by entering a new password in the change password field. Note that by changing your email address, your account will be set back to 'unactivated' and you will be emailed a new activation email to the new email address. You will still have activated privileges until you log out so you can change your email again in case you made a mistake.Also, you can add or edit your bio by clicking the edit button in the about section. This allows you to add information about yourself that anyone can see. Your email address is hidden to other users, but if you wish to share that information you can add it to the bio. Note that a bio is completely optional, and can be edited or deleted as long as you are logged in.

If the edit link isn't working, then that most likely means that your browser doesn't support javascript. See the browser requirements. If your browser supports javascript, javascript is enabled for this page and the edit link still doesn't work, then you should contact the administrator.

If none of the fields added already accurately describe the field of your syllabi, you can add one at the bottom of the fields page. Additionally, when creating a new syllabi, you can select 'other' for field and specify the new field in the text field that appears next to the field dropdown. If you created the wrong field, just add a new one and you can then change your syllabi's field to the new one. Don't worry about deleting the old field - if it needs to be deleted, an administrator will delete it.

All full text fields allow basic HTML for text formatting. All attributes but the javascript events (like onclick) are allowed, including style so you can add your own css to the text. In advanced search, you can supply an optional date range. The formatting of this date range must follow the GNU Date Input Formats. This format allows a wide range of formatting for absolute dates as well as relative dates (things like '5 minutes ago').

Remember Me lasts until you click 'logout.' It is not recommended to check 'Remember Me' if you are on a shared computer for security reasons.
